I just came back from a books signing today. I went to get the book, Starters signed today by the author, Lissa Price. It is said on the cover of the book that “Fans of The Hunger Games will love it.”
What the inside front cover says about the book:

A woman that works at the bookstore said that the author will be big some day. She won’t be as big as J.K. Rowling but she will be big. This book is part a duology. The second book is called Enders and will be out in December 2012. Enders refers to the seniors that are renting the teen’s bodies. The author mentioned that there will also be a movie for this book. She said that she wrote the script for the movie herself based off of her book. There is also a Facebook game that you can play. I haven’t read the book yet but I recommend all to read the book.

Last Wednesday, January 18 my mom went to the dentist. Afterwards she decided to go to Macy’s Optical and get new glasses. She has the ones where there is a line in the middle and the upper part is for seeing far (distance) and the lower part is for seeing close-up (reading). She never quite got used to wearing them and was always complaining that she was getting dizzy and when she walked down the stairs she felt like she was going to fall so she decided to get new glasses.
While at Macy’s Optical she saw they had Jessica Simpson eyeglasses. Later when she got home she told me about them and I said to her that I didn’t know that she made eyeglasses. I said that I knew that she made sunglasses but not eyeglasses. If you go to her collection official website you don’t see them there. My mom then told me that they couldn’t fit her in so she made an appointment for the next day.
The next day she decided to take me to Macy’s Optical with her so that I can take a look at the Jessica Simpson eyeglasses. I took a look at them and even tried them on and found one that looked good on me. I then decided that I wanted to get new eyeglasses because I haven’t gotten new ones in over 7 years. The ones I currently have have the scratch resistance thing on them but that is already coming off and the lenses are getting scratched. My eyeglasses were long overdue plus I haven’t had an eye checkup since then.
The eye doctor at Macy’s Optical took me in after my mom even though she already had someone else coming in. They weren’t there so they took me in. I am getting the eyeglasses pictured above. They come in two different colors and I’m getting them in black and strawberry. They will be coming in two weeks. I can’t wait for them to come. When they come I’ll take a picture of them and post them on here.

I can’t believe that my boy, Justin, is finally settling down and getting married. I hope that the marriage lasts. I am both happy and upset by this. I am happy that he is getting married but then again I am not happy because this means he is off the market and I will never get my chance with him. Anyways, congrats Justin and Jessica. Now to await the news of Jessica being pregnant.

Several insiders tell the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands Friday) that the couple of four and a half years became engaged in late December.
Timberlake, a six-time Grammy winner, popped the question to Biel, 29, in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. “Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place,” one insider explains.
After a brief three-month split in 2011, Biel made it clear that she wanted to spend her life with Timberlake, 30. “When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step.”
Another Timberlake insider adds that he’s “never been happier” with the New Year’s Eve actress. “He knew it was the right time to propose.”
