As Joey and Donnie sat together in the room they kept eyeing each other before Joey finally looked over at Donnie. "Alright D, what's on your mind?" "Just thinking about Serena and her friend and how to get them in here so we can chat to them, you know get to know them better."

Joey nodded "And what's your plan so far?"

Donnie shrugged "Not really got one so far, any thoughts?"

Joey stared at Donnie as he let him mind wander " Not really......wait maybe we could have Robo and Earl watch out for them and bring them back here?"

"I've had Robo watching out for them for the past few days but he says they're quick and if he sees them by the time he gets to them they're gone."

"Shit. What we gonna do? I really want to talk to Serena, I need to talk to her."

"I know what you mean brother!" Donnie smiles and Joey laughs as Jonathan and Jordan stroll in.

Jonathan looks at Donnie and Joey, "So what's funny?"

"Nothing Jon, we were just talking about Serena and her friend and how to get them in here so we can talk to them"

"And your thoughts so far are?"

"The one idea we have had is sucking really bad and not working. Got any?"

"Why don't we just announce it!"

Donnie and Joey glanced at each other before Joey leaned forward "What? Like Serena come on backstage?"

"Yeah but you should do something like as people are filling into the arena make an announcement that Serena should come to the side door or something and Earl or Robo could meet her there"

"Her and her friend!" Donnie added as Jonathan smiled back at him

Donnie looked at Joey, "What do you think? This could work!"

"It'll work guys. Trust me."

They eyed Jonathan as he smirked and lay back on the sofa covering his eyes with his forearm.

"You could say he has won a prize" Jordan added with a flourish of his hands.

"I like it!" Donnie looked from Jordan and to Joey who was also smiling. "What do you say Joe? Do we do it tonight?"

"Yup! I am not sure I can wait another night." The room fell into silence as the guys sat around and either worked on their emails, tweets or rested.

Serena stretched lazily in the chair where she was curled up with her book. She was enjoying this one, it was a romance and not her normal type of book but she was enjoying getting lost in the pages as she turned one after the other being drawn in by the characters as they unfolded in front of her. She loved to read, there was something about the tranquillity of being surrounded by a good book. She admired writers who could weave a tale of mystery, intrigue and as she was reading now romance. She flipped over another page as Emily came bounding into the room and she looked up.

"Hey Em!"

"S, you never guess what I just heard?"

Serena lowered her book as her attention was drawn to Emily and the excitement that covered her face. "Well come on, fill me in!" Serena looked at her teasingly

"The guys have been thinking about you and me and well.." Emily paused for dramatic effect as Serena watched her with a smile "They want to meet us...TONIGHT!" She exclaimed almost in a girly squeal

Serena smiled as she looked at Emily who was almost dancing around the room and she raised her self out of the chair she had been curled up in and stepped towards Emily gently placing her hands on her shoulders.

"Emily, that's great news but I need to play the big sister card here and tell you to remember the rules!"

Emily shrugged and started to dance around the room and reaching for the stereo she flipped it on and started to sing along as Dirty Dancing pumped out of the speakers. Serena watched her as she took a long slow breath she had to remind Emily of the rules before they went to the show tonight, they couldn't afford for Emily to do something crazy. She was young and Serena could see that her feelings could distract her but Serena was glad that she was there to watch over her, protect her.

Serena slipped back on to her chair and smiled as she watched Emily dance around the room singing along. Serena had gone to the first show with Emily as they had been a fan when the guys were out the first time around at the end of the 1980's early 90s and they had been so excited when they had announced that they were reforming as a band. Emily had then been sullen and sulky for days and it had taken Serena a while to figure out why. Emily didn't think she would be able to go to the show and Serena hadn't argued at first as being surrounded by the scent of all those people would be hard for Emily. Being a younger vampire meant that you had a bloodlust that was hard to control and Serena knew that even for her it would be tough.

But Emily had pleaded with Serena to help her and she had promised that she would do what ever it took to enable her to go to at least one show. They had practiced and Emily had resisted, they had walked through crowded malls, they had gone to other concerts and stood within the excited, sweaty crowd of bodies as Emily fought to control her thirst, but she had done it, she had passed every test that Serena had thought up and for months they had practiced and Emily had proved that her love for NKOTB was stronger than her thirst. Finally Serena had relented and admitted that she felt she could handle the show so they had gone to the first one and after it had gone well they had decided to try to go to each one since.

Serena had been a fan the first time around as Emily's dedication to the band had been contagious but she had enjoyed their music although they had been a bit young for her the first time around but this time around she has to confess that she was smitten by the time the show was over. There was one or two who had caught her eye she thought as she watched as Emily flopped into the sofa opposite. She pressed her lips together ah come on' she thought there was more than a one or two that had caught her eye, they were all handsome'

Serena pushed herself forward so that she was leaning her elbows on her knees and rested her chin in her hands. "Em! We need to talk about the rules again. Because if you meet them tonight then it could change things"

Emily looked at her wearily as she got up and turned down the stereo so that the music continued in the background "I know but you'll be there."

"I know Em, but you need to keep it together, if I have to step in they will know that something is wrong. You can't let them know what you are. Under no circumstances can they know what you are. Do you understand? It's dangerous for them and for us!"

Emily nodded as she watched Serena who looked sombre and stern as she looked back at her. Emily had never seen her look like this and knew that what she was saying was right, this was serious. "I get it S, I need to keep it together and they can't know anything!"

Serena's face softened slightly as she looked at Emily "You can take one of them as a lover but they can't know about you and you can't fall in love. Emily? Can you handle that?" Serena watched as a smile crept across Emily's face "Em, I'm serious you know that your incredibly beautiful but because of what you are they are drawn to you, it's like a magnet for them, they will want you, want to be with you and you need to be in control. You have to not fall in love as it can't last!" Serena watched the dreamy school girl look that shone on Emily's face and Serena knew she was thinking about Donnie Wahlberg and the thought of being with him. She had always been a Donnie girl and Serena could see as clear as day the thoughts that raged inside Emily's head at that moment. Serena silently slipped off of the seat and made her way upstairs to plan for the night ahead while Emily daydreamed of Mr Wahlberg downstairs.
